Keeping your application and domain layers apart

What I learned today — 12 March 2018

When one fails to keep one’s application layer and domain layer cleanly separated things get a bit strange. Suddenly you find yourself in a labyrinth with no way out. You start seeing strange things, and your mouth utter strange statements. The only way to keep you sanity is to elevate above the chaos and to distinguish again what belongs to the domain and what belongs to the application layer.
