The value of analysis done on time

What I learned today — 5 March 2018

After many many back and forth emails about requirements and estimation I have a new appreciation for sufficient analysis that’s done in time. With sufficient analysis completed before kicking off development on a project, planning and estimation is greatly simplified, chiefly because there is a shared understanding of what needs to happen — allowing for changes along the way, of course.
